Responsibilities- Motivate, and inspire a team of cosmetologists to achieve individual and team goals
- Collaborate with our managers to create and enforce steady workflow and performance standards
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to address any issues or concerns effectively
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, complying with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to drive innovation and excellence
- Experience as a cosmetologist or Barber, with a track record of exceptional performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- In-depth knowledge of various hair styles and beauty treatments, trends, and industry best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations
- A valid cosmetologist or Barber license in from the state of Missouri
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
