Beauty Therapists will be responsible for delivering professional aesthetic treatments, ensuring the highest standards of customer care, and promoting Baldan Group’s advanced technologies and protocols. You will work closely with clients in clinics, pharmacies, and beauty centers, helping them achieve the best results while representing Baldan Group’s premium brand.

• Perform a wide range of non-invasive aesthetic and beauty treatments using Baldan Group’s advanced devices and protocols.
• Provide professional consultations to clients, ensuring safe and effective treatment plans.
• Educate clients on skincare, treatment benefits, and aftercare routines.
• Support business growth through treatment menu optimization and participation in promotional events.
• Collaborate with sales and training teams to ensure smooth product and device implementation.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, building loyalty and repeat business.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, Esthetician, or in a similar role within the beauty or medical aesthetics industry.
• Professional certification in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or cosmetology.
• Proven experience with advanced aesthetic devices and treatments (e.g., radio frequency, laser, body contouring).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about beauty and wellness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Existing client network is a significant advantage.
