Operates an MRI scanner to obtain cross‑sectional images used to diagnose and treat pathologies.

• Prepares and positions patients and selects image parameters accurately.
• Performs patient pre‑screening, scheduling, and education related to the examination.
• Enters and monitors patient data and transfers images.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Ensures prompt submission of high‑quality images and documents to PACS.
• Ensures equipment is properly functioning; reports potential problems or equipment malfunction.
• Assists in maintaining a clean, orderly department (procedure rooms, storage, dressing rooms, etc.).
• Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Completion of a MRI or Radiology Technology program.
• ARRT‑R credential and ARMRIT or ARRT‑MR within 12 months of hire.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Physical ability: constant standing and walking, frequent lifting of 0‑25 lbs, occasional lifting of 25‑50 lbs, and other tasks as described.
• State of work location:
  Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin.
• Proficiency in BLS, ARRT‑MR, or ARMRIT.

• Sign‑on bonus: $10,000 paid on first paycheck.
