Telemetry Technician – Willis Knighton Health
WK Pierremont is looking for a full-time Telemetry Technician to provide constant surveillance of heart rhythm for patients on remote monitoring. Candidates will be required to pass an EKG test prior to interview (including heart blocks) with a minimum score of 80%. The role involves monitoring cardiac rhythms, documenting findings, and troubleshooting telemetry boxes on patients who require cardiac monitoring. An orientation period of approximately six weeks includes assignment to a preceptor who will help ensure the ability to perform all tasks required in the job description.
Requirements: EKG testing proficiency, knowledge of cardiac rhythms, patient interaction skills, dependable and hardworking individual who works well with others.
