We are seeking a
psychiatrist
to join our collaborative clinical team to build and lead the psychiatric evaluations and medication management program. The position is open to full time and part time candidates as well on a contracting basis. The ideal candidate is committed to high-quality, patient-centered care and enjoys working in a supportive environment that values clinical autonomy, innovation, and teamwork.

- Opportunities for clinical consultation, peer support, and ongoing training
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients (adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric populations depending on specialty).
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR system.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
- Stay current with psychiatric research, pharmacological advancements, and state regulations.
- Education:M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school.
- Licensure:Current and unrestricted California medical license (or eligible).
- Experience:Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (residency may count). Prior outpatient or private practice experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based model.
