We're actively seeking dedicated Caregivers (CNA/ Direct Support Professional) to join our team at 23fifteen Living Options.

DescriptionWe're actively seeking dedicated Caregivers (CNA/ Direct Support Professional) to join our team at 23fifteen Living Options. Our facility provides a supportive living environment for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities, behavioral challenges, and includes a critical medical component to meet the comprehensive needs of our residents.

What the Role Entails:
- Personal Support: Directly assisting residents with activities of daily living and self-care routines.
- Health & Behavioral Monitoring: Diligent observation and documentation of residents' health status, daily activities, tracking specific objectives, and noting behavioral progress.
- Structured Engagement: Contributing to and participating in activities, both within our facilities and in community settings.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensuring a healthy, clean, and comfortable living environment is maintained for all residents.
- Professional Development: Committing to ongoing professional growth.
What We Require:
Experience & Credentials
- Healthcare Experience Preferred: Priority will be given to candidates with professional experience in the medical field or a healthcare setting. Relevant certificates such as Direct Support Professional (DSP), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Medical Assistant (MA) are highly desirable.
- Direct
Experience:
A minimum of one year of experience caregiving or working with adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities and/or mental health concerns.

Mandatory Requirements &
Certifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Possession of (or immediate willingness to obtain): DSP 1 & 2 Certification, Adult CPR/First Aid Certification, and CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification.
- Ability to successfully obtain a fingerprint clearance from Community Care Licensing.
- Current health screening and TB test (or ability to obtain promptly).
