Our relationship with University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy helps develop tomorrow’s leaders by establishing a vigorous consulting training program. Students taking part in the fellowship program receive a wealth of experience in methodology, software, data, and large consulting processes to develop a strong foundation. We look to the future evolution of academic corporate partnerships to expanding our capabilities in servicing our clients.

• Interested candidates must have completed or finalizing a Doctoral of Pharmacy Program.
• Applicants should submit a Cover Letter, Curriculum Vitae (CV), and an official application.

Managing pharmacy benefits can be complicated, but the NFP Rx Fellowship Program offers a unique setting to develop tomorrow’s Pharmacy Benefit leaders.

• Work alongside CVS, Express Scripts, and Optum Rx
• Respond to drug information inquiries from key plan sponsors
• Pharmacy benefits contracting and drug pricing development
• Maintain and develop clinical criteria

Fellows partner with NFP Analytics team to harness pharmacy claims data and create interactive, publishable dashboards that uncover drug pricing trends and deep industry insights:

• Data extraction & collaboration
• Develop key inflation trends
• Data visualization and storytelling
• Publication and dissemination

• Student Precepting:
  Lead your former classmates as they develop a knowledge around Pharmacy Benefits Consulting
• Leadership Series:
  Interact each month with PBM leaders across the industry developing your understanding far beyond what you think is possible
• Capstone Project:
  Original research around cutting edge topics changing Healthcare

• 12 Month Program
• Annual Salary: $100,000
• Medical Insurance benefits for eligible fellows
