Patent Agent – Life Sciences Orange

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced degree in chemistry or related life sciences; biology backgrounds considered with relevant experience
• Admission to practice before the USPTO
• Prior patent prosecution experience in the therapeutics space
• Solid understanding of patent strategy for life science companies
• Experience with portfolio management, client counseling, and FTO analysis is preferred
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, cross-functional team
