• Pay: $37.04 - $59.26 / hour

• This position coordinates patient care activities on evenings, nights, and weekends by facilitating problem solving and adjustment of resources. Communicates activities to other management personnel to enhance consistency of management practices.
• This position works under the supervision of the Associate Director‑Nursing Services and is employed by Mosaic Health System.

• Performs immediate action to maintain patient and/or caregiver safety, feedback to the appropriate Associate Director or Director.
• Responsible for handling patient/family complaints to identify and resolve any immediate issues as well as associated implications for staff coaching.
• Performs patient care rounds on each nursing unit.
• Collaborates with Associate Directors/Directors in the development and implementation of problem resolution for identified issues.
• Responds to emergency situations to assist with implementation of emergency procedures and directs and evaluates the activities of staff responding.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; BSN or Master’s preferred.
• RN – State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days upon hire.
• Three years' clinical experience required. Previous management experience preferred.
