As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll be a trusted presence in the lives of those we serve. Whether you’re helping with day‑to‑day tasks or supporting a new life skill, you’ll play a meaningful role in someone’s journey toward greater independence.

• Support individuals with everyday activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene routines
• Take individuals on community outings—whether for appointments, errands, or just to enjoy the day
• Track and document changes in overall health and behavior to support their care
• Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support

• A caring heart and a commitment to helping others live with dignity and independence
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance
• Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check
• CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed)
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus—but if you bring passion and dedication, we’ll provide the training

• Starting rate of $18–$25 per hour, paid weekly
• Full and part‑time positions available – let us know what works best for you
• Day, evening and overnight shifts available
