Service Coordinator
Advantage Home Care – MO/IL/TN offers a competitive pay range for this position. Pay is based on skills and experience and ranges from 35,000.00/yr to 40,000.00/yr, or about 17/hour.
We are looking for self‑motivated, task‑oriented candidates who can operate in a busy, fast‑paced environment. A team player who is willing to learn new concepts and tasks in a customer‑service world is essential. Candidates should have computer experience and knowledge.

- Maintain a cheerful demeanor and develop a positive rapport with all clients, staff members, and community resources affiliated with home‑care services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and field staff and effectively address all requests in a timely manner.
- Read and stay abreast of state, federal, and business regulations.
- Provide excellent communication to branch and corporate staff.
- Contact new client referrals and hold clients timely and often to coordinate the start or continuation of care.
- Work in conjunction with the service coordinator to ensure branch staffing needs are continually met.
- Collect paper documentation submitted by field staff, review it for accuracy, and submit it to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Maintain employee and client medical records (electronic and paper files), including making and filing records, and keeping files up to date.
- Communicate with branch manager regarding problems and complaints.
- Guarantee all private business information and protected health information is kept confidential.
- Participate as needed in special department projects.
- Attend state‑held in‑service trainings/meetings as directed by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school graduate/GED.
- Minimum of 2 years office experience preferred.
- Recent working experience in home health care or medical staffing.
