This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for an Optician. The Optician will work closely with patients, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with frame selection, lens options, and fittings. Other responsibilities include performing accurate measurements, preparing orders for eyewear, making adjustments and repairs, and educating patients on proper eyewear maintenance. The Optician will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless experience for all patients and uphold the practice's high standards of care and professionalism.

• Strong customer service and communication skills to assist and advise patients with frame and lens selection.
• Proficiency in measurements, eyewear adjustments, fitting, and repairs, with attention to detail and precision.
• Knowledge of optical products, lenses, frames, and contact lenses, as well as experience with optical instruments and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
• American Board of Opticianry certification preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with insurance billing processes in the optical field is a plus.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
