Pay: $42,500-$50,003.20/year (based on experience)

Summary: Community Counseling Center (CCC) is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide clinical intake services, screenings, and referrals. This role supports clients entering our system and helps guide them to the right care.

• Master’s Degree in a Mental Health Field.
• Must be a QMHP
  . Example: a master’s or doctorate degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, vocational counseling, psychology, social work, pastoral counseling or family therapy or related field, with practicum completed or at least one (1) year of supervised experience.
• The full definition of a QMHP can be found in applicable regulations.
• Must hold or obtain by start date MO Class E Driver’s License (Class D for IL Residents), proof of continuous auto insurance, and meet CCC’s Motor Vehicle Record standards; reliable transportation required.

• Perform thorough assessments and complete appropriate screenings and testing, including a DLA-20.
• Determine and provide internal and external referrals to appropriate programs.
• Evaluate and determine appropriate interventions and referrals to assist consumers.
• Meet with Director and Intake Team to staff cases as needed.
• Schedule therapy appointments, intakes, treatment and psychiatric appointments for consumers referred to the agency.
• Make follow-up calls to engage the consumer and facilitate the recovery process.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedures, DMH, CARF, and any other federal or state program per agency standards.

FREE clinical supervision towards full licensure for aspiring therapists (subject to conditions).
