We are seeking a motivated Licensed Massage Therapist who will use a multimodal approach to manual therapy and integrate movement science into their practice. You will have the opportunity for career growth, competitive compensation, and access to state‑of‑the‑art resources.

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110‑minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional setting.
• Analyze client needs and develop programmatic treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room after each client and at shift end.
• Comply with all state regulatory requirements, including intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.

• Valid California massage therapy license or certification.
• At least one year of professional experience for consideration of an elevated compensation package.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients through tailored treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability is required (both full‑time and part‑time positions).
• In‑depth knowledge of anatomy and movement as it relates to soft‑tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Positive energy and willingness to learn.
• Computer literacy.
• High ethical standards.

• Pay per session: $39.50–$43.50. Non‑session work is compensated at $17.87 per hour, with bonus potential.
