Windsor El Camino Care Center is hiring a Registered Dietitian (RD). Salary range: $99,890-$110,240 per year.

As the Registered Dietitian, you will assess the nutritional care of each resident/patient, advising the clinical team, dietary department, and Administration on nutritional status, lab value interpretation, dietary intake, food/drug interactions, therapeutic diets, and overall resident satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring optimal nutrition for our residents and maintaining high standards of care.

• Assess nutritional care of residents.
• Advise clinical team on lab value interpretation, dietary intake, and therapeutic diets.
• Provide input on food/drug interactions and overall resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Administration to maintain nutritional standards.

• Registered Dietitian License.
• 3–5 years experience in an acute or long‑term care environment.
• Excellent knowledge of skilled nursing regulations (federal, state, local) as they pertain to the dietary field, including interpretation and implementation.
• Excellent knowledge of the aging process and the physical, psychosocial, and social needs of the long‑term care resident population with regard to nutrition.

• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC).
