Osage Beach Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join the rehab team.

Requirements:

• Must have Missouri PT (Physical Therapist) license
• Must have a positive attitude, and be a team player
• Prior SNF experience a plus
