Shift Schedule- Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CST)
- Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
- Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Pay HighlightsHourly Rate: $15–$16 (based on years of experience)
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to life insurance applicants.
- Conduct phone interviews or leave voicemails when necessary.
- Collect details such as medical history, hobbies, high‑risk activities, and other relevant information.
- Review and correct information during calls to ensure accuracy.
- Enter and update details in the system while on the call.
- Log call attempts, outcomes, and notes accurately.
- Use internal tools (e.g., C4 Call Management System, Dialer).
- Learn and follow client‑specific requirements for each insurance company.
- Communicate professionally with applicants, internal teams, and management.
- Adhere to compliance, privacy, and safety policies at all times.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed based on business needs.
- Speaking on the phone for most of the shift.
- Typing and documenting while on a call.
- Using multiple systems/screens simultaneously.
Local eligibility: Candidates residing within 30 miles of Lee’s Summit, MO are eligible.
Pay basis: Offered pay will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
