• All‑admin support handled by Care Coordination team
• Fast referrals to ensure a steady caseload
• Clinical consultation, peer case reviews, and professional development tailored to geriatric care
• Flexible scheduling – start at 15 hours per week with full control over hours
• AI‑powered scribe for streamlined documentation
• Support from a Clinical Director and community of geriatric‑focused therapists

• Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15+ hrs/week)
• Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (with AI‑powered scribe assistance)
• Support clients through life transitions such as retirement, bereavement, isolation, and loss of independence using compassionate, age‑appropriate approaches
• Participate in regular team meetings to maintain best practices and share clinical insights

• Doctor of Psychology (Psy.
  
  D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Licensed in California as a Clinical Psychologist
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth delivery
• Ability to commit to at least 15 hours per week, on a contract, part‑time, or full‑time basis
