The Clinical Dietitian provides Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for patients of all ages and disease states. All modes of MNT are utilized including education, normal nutrition and alternate forms of nutrition such as enteral and parenteral nutrition. The Clinical Dietitian is a resource to physicians, house staff and other ancillary services. The Clinical Dietitian participates in quality improvements for clinical nutrition practices.

Duties and responsibilities are performed in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Education: Bachelor or advanced degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Foods and Nutrition or Dietetics required.

Licensure: Current licensure in the state of Missouri and Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
