Barnes-Jewish Hospital - [Medical Records Clerk] As a Patient Access Representative at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, you'll:
Be responsible for the hospital registration and scheduling within multiple BJC systems;
Assure proper patient identification, register, schedule, verify insurance, scan and retrieve documents within multiple BJC systems;
Validate that the order is complete, signed by the ordering provider, and the correct test is ordered;
Ensure accurate patient records.
