The Utilization Review Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the implementation and ongoing management of the utilization review program for the employee medical benefit program for Prime Healthcare. This position will provide assistance in the direction and utilization of available resources to provide quality, cost effective care using selected benefits and alternative services best suited for the members while ensuring optimal outcomes.
This position will work closely with the Prime Healthcare Provider Network and with each of the hospital's Medical Directors.
- High School graduate
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office, proficiency in a variety of software programs
- Typing 40 wpm
- Medical Terminology preferred
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and database
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with exceptional professional work ethics

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $26.92.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
