- Certified Med Tech Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, person-centered care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Support seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and caring manner.
- Promote resident engagement and encourage social interaction for emotional wellness.
- Accurately administer and document prescribed medications
, under RN/LPN supervision. - Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist residents during mealtimes
, including transporting and feeding as needed. - Perform frequent rounds,
supervising CNAs
, and providing direct care as necessary. - Report any health or behavioral changes to the nurse and assist with follow-up care
.
- Certified Medication Technician:
- Must hold a valid Missouri CMT Certification
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
