Patient Service Specialist – PT Front Desk

Select Medical is seeking a Patient Service Specialist for our Parkville outpatient physical therapy center. You will welcome patients, register them, and guide them through their visit, while handling the scheduling and front desk operations. This is a full-time, weekday position with hours from 8am to 5pm.

You’ll also manage cash collection, coordinate with payers and providers, and support administrative tasks to ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to checkout.
