Manager-Reimbursement

Primary responsibilities of the Manager-Reimbursement are:

• 1. Maximize governmental reimbursement through supervision of Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and audit support.
• 2. Coordinate monthly calculation and analysis of revenue deductions and A/R reserves.
• 3. Coordinate various projects as deemed necessary by the Director, Reimbursment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor of Science in business, accounting, or finance.

Licensure: None.

Experience: 5 years of progressive development within a healthcare environment including experience managing staff.

• Effective communication skills with peers and upper management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Understanding of the net revenue month-end closing process.
