Medical Assistant (MA) - Mercy Clinic Sleep Medicine, Southfork
Location:
12700 Southfork Road, Suite 280, St. Louis, MO 63128
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Day Shift
Looking for a role that offers a consistent weekday schedule while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patients' health and quality of life? At Mercy Clinic Sleep Medicine, you'll work alongside a dedicated team that helps patients identify and manage sleep‑related conditions, including sleep apnea and other sleep disorders.
One of the most common misconceptions about this role is that you'll be assisting with overnight sleep studies. That's not the case! This clinic focuses on consultations, evaluations, patient education, and treatment planning.
Patients meet with our providers to discuss symptoms and determine whether a sleep study is needed. If testing is recommended, our team coordinates the order and next steps.
Patients then return to the clinic to review results and discuss treatment options with the provider.
This role is ideal for Medical Assistants who enjoy patient interaction, care coordination, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients throughout their care journey.
