Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation ( CMH ) is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our Community Springs Long Term Care Facility in El Dorado Springs, Missouri— someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

• Status: Full-time, part-time, part-time, and PRN
• Work Shift: Days, Evenings, Nights or even Rotating
• Shift Differential $1- $3.50 additional, depending on shift.

What Your Day Looks Like:Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility (LSHCF) is a 90-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will be:

• Preparing residents for meals, serving and collecting trays, and documenting nutritional intake.
• Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal belongings, protecting items from damage and ensuring proper storage.
• Making routine rounds to assigned residents and responding promptly to resident needs.
• Providing safe, appropriate nursing care and reporting concerns to the charge nurse for follow‑up.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma — preferred

Experience:

One year CNA experience — preferred

Skills:

Good Communication, Patience, Attention to detail, flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for 90% of the shift and sit for the remaining 10% of shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
