Meal planning and nutrition care for seniors at Farmington Presbyterian Manor in Farmington, MO, with every-other-week coverage at Rolla Presbyterian Manor. This hybrid role schedules 17 hours weekly at Farmington and 8 hours biweekly at Rolla.
Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, care plan updates, MDS completion, and collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team to optimize resident nutrition and quality of life.
