Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in Boone County, Missouri. This role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work in patients' homes, providing non-clinical support and education.
Training is provided and travel is reimbursed. Qualified NPs will perform HRAs, travel to patients, and document thoroughly without prescribing in home care.
