Qualicare KC Home Care is seeking an Early Morning Care & Evening Care Assistant Needed – Private In-Home Care Holden, MO. Female client. CNA Skill Set Required (does not have to be an active license)

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support a wonderful adult client in her home in Lee’s Summit. This is private in-home care for a physically disabled adult recovering from an injury (non-senior).

Saturday and Sunday early Mornings (Sunday needs a 7am start time) Saturday and Sunday Evenings Additional hours may be available for the right fit with other clients

She is a kind and pleasant individual who values dignity, organization, and consistency. She requires assistance with:

• Restroom needs
• Showering and personal care (good organization and attention to detail are important)
• Light housekeeping
• Transfers (lifting required, but not heavy)
• Being proactive and attentive to needs, learning to anticipate needs as you get to know things goes a LONG way!

• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and assist with transfers safely and consistently
• Strong bedside manner and respectful communication
• Dependable and punctual — reliability is crucial, as this is part of a 24/7 care schedule
