Location: Chesterfield

OPC is hiring a part time Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The current position will require the following duties:

greet and welcome patients in warm and welcoming manner
answer and manage incoming calls
process payments
handlereschedule requests
conduct new patient phone intakes, process paperwork and follow ups
handle laser therapy protocols
renewal paperwork for the upcoming year
process functional medicine protocols
assist physicians when needed

Education:

High school graduate; associate degree or higher would be a plus. Must be US work authorized.

Approximately 20-25 hours per week:

Monday and Wednesday (ending times are dependent upon physician treatment times) 1:00pm to 5:00pm;
Thursday: 1:00pm - 6:00pm; off on Tuesdays and Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm

(hours may vary depending upon patient needs / emergency appointments)

Compensation: range based upon qualification $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (paid hourly not salary)
