Occupational Therapist – Outpatient

Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience to join a multidisciplinary outpatient team. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with various physical impairments affecting work or leisure activities, with a focus on 1:1 patient care. The therapist will develop treatment plans
, educate patients and collaborate with healthcare providers, delegating tasks appropriately. Responsibilities include assessment, consultation, and intervention based on clinical guidelines, along with supporting staff development and process improvements.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Board certification and licensure in area of expertise
• Preferred:
  Master’s Degree

• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team
• Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on competency
• Conduct assessments and deliver services aligned with department policies
• Participate in staff development, process improvement, and research activities
