Mammoth Industries Inc. is seeking personable and professional Front Desk Associates to manage guest check‑in/check‑out, reservations, and general inquiries at Holly Ridge Lodge & RV Resort. The ideal candidate serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and informative experience that supports the lodge’s role as a premier workforce‑housing facility.

• Manage reservation system and monitor room availability.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
• Provide information regarding lodge amenities, community guidelines, and local services.
• Ensure front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and company records.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams with coordination of room readiness.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and reservation software (training provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and remain composed under pressure.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
