In our main restaurant, Brasseriet, our chefs have used diligence and all their experience to bring home the classic and new taste experiences, we draw flavors from the whole world that we combine and refine with quality ingredients in season from our plentiful local areas.

We are primarily looking to strengthen our production department, but we would also be happy to welcome a chef who can assist in all departments if needed.

• You must be energetic, have courage and be enthusiastic.
• You are flexible, do not easily stress, and have a professional and personal attitude towards colleagues and guests.
• Well documented previous cooking experience and degree.
• Team player.
• French and Nordic food understanding.
• A willingness to improve yourself and the team around you.
• At least 2 years of experience
