• Previous experience as manager or in a similar role within a banquet or upscale dining setting.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and a high‑volume environment.
• A passion for delivering top‑notch customer service.
• Knowledge of food and wine, including pairing recommendations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience as a Manager/Supervisor is highly recommended.
• An educational diploma or certificates in leadership or management are preferred.
• Reliable access to transport for late‑night shifts.
• Mature, patient and confident.
• Friendly yet professional communication style.
• Can work in a high‑paced environment and makes each guest feel special in all circumstances.
• Maintains a high level of teamwork by supporting colleagues to achieve department and restaurant goals.
• Motivated to take personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always communicating clearly with both guests and colleagues.
