First impressions are everything! As a Club Attendant, you ensure all public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, reflecting our superior quality to guests.

The Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge is located in Mountain Village, Telluride, CO. This luxury resort offers winter ski access, summer festivals, and year‑round outdoor activities.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Clean assigned public areas throughout the hotel
• Empty trash in all public areas and clean public area restrooms
• Clean all mirrors, inside of windows, wipe and dust all surfaces; keeping all brass shiny
• Vacuum carpets where needed
• Assist in cleaning residences when required
• Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
• Report necessary maintenance items
• Practice safe working techniques and be knowledgeable of all safety and emergency procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Available evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Previous housekeeping experience an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to speak English fluently preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

• Tight‑knit, inclusive, and knowledgeable teammates.
• Supportive team always willing to work together to complete the task at hand.
• Cohesive teams with the ability to be successful with and without direct supervision.

Starting Salary: $22.62 per hour with optional benefits package.
