Our team of over 200 staff are committed to providing the best entertainment experience for our guests. The Hotel Housekeeper will deliver clean and welcoming rooms for our guests.

• Interact with all guests and team members to positively influence the guest and team member experience. Demonstrate resiliency when faced with difficult situations under all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow team members.
• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Handle all guest challenges that arise and turn around guest challenges to exceed expectations and create repeat clientele.
• Cleaning and arranging guest rooms
• Washing dirty bedding, clothing, and linen
• Stocking and maintaining inventory of housekeeping supplies
• Dusting furniture or fixtures and polishing them
• Scrubbing and sanitizing showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops and sinks
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets, doormats and rugs
• Reporting breakages, damages and safety issues for repairs
• Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance within the area of authority and reporting potential issues to Executive Management; GM.
• Adheres to all gaming laws and regulations.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
