Director of Food & Beverage
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
ResponsibilitiesThe Director leads and oversees all dining operations, including banquets, poolside service, and in-room dining. The role emphasizes exceptional service standards (Forbes rated), employee recognition, and memorable guest experiences.
The Director also manages the award‑winning Wine Spectator program, oversees the wine cellar, and enjoys a salary of $–$ per year plus bonus.
Qualifications- Deep knowledge of wine.
- Certification as a sommelier highly desirable.
- Must have prior experience at a luxury, Forbes rated hotel or resort.
- Experience managing dining operations at a luxury resort level.
