Full Time: $20-$21 per hour
Schedule: AM Shift 8:00am-4:30pm Tuesday-Saturday

The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that all types of residences within the Community are neat, clean, free from clutter, and safe. Housekeepers interact with residents while sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning residential kitchens, bathrooms, and public common areas, following specific directions and schedules.
Responsibilities- Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments and/or villas, such as vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, dusting all cleared flat surfaces, making beds, cleaning patios.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in hallways and common areas as directed by Director/Supervisor.
- Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition, including custodian closets.
- Maintains public areas assigned by Director/Supervisor.
- Clears and cleans empty units as assigned by Director/Supervisor.
- Cross‑trained into Laundry as needed.
- Attends daily shift kickoff meeting and participates in daily stretches.
- Assists other co‑workers as assigned.
- Protects Community property/equipment and ensures there are no defects.
- Notifies supervisors on any damages, deficits or disturbances.
- Deals with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Observes and informs supervisor about noticeable changes in a resident’s health, demeanor or disposition.
- Other duties as assigned by Department Director.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively with residents, and perform simple arithmetic.
- Attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be self‑directed and motivated.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
