Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Steward to join our dynamic team! You will work on various vessels offshore across the US on a 28 day on, 28 day off rotation.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or cooks.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items according to safety regulations.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently.
- Help set up and break down banquet events, ensuring all items are properly stored after use.
- Support catering operations by assisting with meal service during events.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in catering, hotel, or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to help others and take on various tasks as needed.

- STCW basic training (required to get MMC so they should have this if they have MMC)
