• Make rooms, suites, and other areas fresh and welcoming for guests after a busy day.
• Ensure rooms meet our standards and leave a memorable impression for guests.
• Assist guests with items such as toothbrushes or directions.
• Update supervisors on room service progress and report needed repairs.
• Follow safety procedures at all times and wear protective equipment when required.
• Manage supplies and amenities, minimizing waste.
• Reunite lost and found items with owners and log any lost property.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, wearing the uniform with pride.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties during unexpected tasks or team needs.
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities; minimize waste across all housekeeping areas.
• Report, turn in, and/or log lost and found items per procedures.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown duties as assigned.

• Work 24/7 shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Maintain physical fitness; lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg), bend and kneel as needed.
• Read, write, and perform basic math skills.
