Night Auditor-Part time

The Night Auditor is also the front desk agent responsible for ensuring that all daily reports are generated, daily revenues are balanced, express checkouts are processed efficiently and guests needing assistance during the shift are accommodated. The Night Auditor will provide the management team with accurate and reliable information needed to make effective operational decisions. This is an overnight position which requires a dedicated and independent person.

The Night Auditor will interact with the hotel guest and will check in late arrivals and early guest checkouts.

• Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Always comply with company standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Audit guest accounts to ensure that room rates and market codes are correct and congruent.
• Determine the correct cash.
• Post all late charges and all guest check corrections to guest folios for express checkouts.
• Post all room and tax to all active guest accounts.
• Run all computer reports necessary to complete gross revenue report worksheets.
• Complete the gross revenue report in a timely manner so that management can properly prepare for daily meetings.
• Maintain and administer all internal night audit controls.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Part-time position.
• Flexible to work weekends and Holidays
• Shift Times: 11:00pm – 7:30am
• Pay is $22.00 an hour
