We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Banquet Supervisor to our Constellation team in Santa Ana, CA. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to ensure the success of banquet events by working with a team of talented food service professionals.

• Participating in food preparation.
• Training and instructing employees in all aspects of service, including food preparation and safety.
• Coordinating set up and strike of events as needed.
• Personally adhering to and ensuring that employees follow all company policies and procedures regarding food handling, food safety, and sanitation.
• Other tasks as needed.

Must-haves:

• At least two years’ experience in food service.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.
