Summary
:

Responsibilities
  • Support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities.
  • Coach, give direction, and potentially provide training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing for the team.
  • Lead guest registration process and communicate hotel services and promotions.
  • Process forms of payment, handle payment‑related procedures, and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Ensure high level of exceptional performance in a demanding environment.
Shift & Hours

Flexible schedule primarily mid and evening shifts. Weekends required. Holiday requests are considered with respect to business needs and seniority.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly wage range $25.00 - $27.00 per hour. Service charge payout $300-$500 per week (subject to business levels).

Qualifications

  • Front Office Host experience preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
