*** Bachelor’s degree required.
* Minimum of 5 years of provider recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment firm and/or large, integrated healthcare system.
* Proven success managing high-volume recruitment pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
* Familiarity with provider compensation models, credentialing processes, and healthcare workforce trends.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
** Base Salary**$80,000 - $100,000/yr

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description.
