About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Leader to head our Private Practice team within Larson Maddox, our specialist legal and regulatory recruitment brand. This is a strategic leadership role where you will:

  • Lead and scale a high-performing team focused on senior-level placements in Private Practice.
  • Operate as a 360 recruiter, driving business development, client partnerships, and candidate delivery.
  • Shape team strategy, set ambitious goals, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and expand client relationships, as well as maintaining strong partnerships with leading law firms.
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and placing top‑tier candidates in senior‑level roles.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of consultants, setting performance goals, and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Proven recruitment experience within legal professional services.
  • Strong ability to operate as a 360 recruiter (business development + delivery).
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, setting goals, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional client relationship management and commercial acumen.
