Salary: $55-$60/hour plus bonuses and commissions

Location: Mostly remote, occasional travel to clients in Southern California - must be located in Southern California

Job Summary:
We are looking for a CA-specialized HR Virtuoso. The role is part-time with potential for growth into a full-time position as client demand grows. It may start with a handful of hours per month with more hours available as our client base expands. This is a part-time, mostly remote, flexible work environment for an experienced HR professional.
As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work with business clients providing excellent HR services and lead the team on HR compliance, systems, training, and additional support as needed. The Sr. HRBP will use broad HR compliance knowledge and strong client service to perform HR audits, create action plans, answer HR questions via phone or email, complete HR work, and serve as the full HR department for small businesses so owners can focus on growth.
You will also lead in writing handbook updates and crafting trainings for the manager training library. The Sr. HRBP maintains knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws to minimize risk and move clients forward in employee management.
