The Human Resources Director will provide comprehensive HR leadership, ensuring compliance with California, New York, and Florida labor laws while managing employee practices, liability risk, healthcare compliance, accreditation requirements, customer service excellence, and leadership development. This role supports a high‑performing team across the main office and temporary locations, aligning with the organization’s core values.

• Establish HR operating structures for a small team (20–25 employees).
• Oversee full‑cycle HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, promotions, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in California, New York, and Florida for all employees, including those traveling for pop‑up events.
• Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and resolve disputes with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and payroll practices.

• Major preference for a professional with a background in healthcare or small clinic settings serving high‑profile clientele.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership HR role.
• Prior experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or high‑paced clinical environments strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of California, New York, and Florida labor laws, employee rights, and healthcare compliance requirements.
