We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hiring Specialist / Recruiter to support our growing Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in executing full‑cycle recruitment under the direction of the Senior HR Manager, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and offers.
• Partner with the Senior HR Manager to understand hiring needs and align sourcing strategies with department goals.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure timely, professional communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain with local colleges, workforce programs, and community organizations to strengthen the company’s talent pipeline.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, community involvement, and professional partnerships.
• Collaborate with the HR team and department managers to identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training or development programs.
• Provide feedback from recruitment trends and new‑hire experiences to inform future training and retention strategies.
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and continuous learning across teams.
• Post job descriptions through ADP, Linked In Recruiter, and other platforms.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, candidate source, and offer acceptance rates.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal employment laws.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and hiring strategy discussions led by the Senior HR Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• More than 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment, with experience recruiting in other states such as NY, GA, IL, TX, WA.
• Recruiting experience with management and senior level positions.
• Experience in the Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) industry preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., ADP, Linked In Recruiter).
• Knowledge of California employment and hiring laws.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to new recruiting tools and technologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
