Overview
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll be essential to building Tamarind Bios's exceptional team, sourcing and attracting top-tier technical talent to shape the future of AI in drug discovery. You’ll partner with founders to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate engagement, process optimization, and interviews.
Ideal Qualifications- Technical recruiting experience, especially in early stage startup environment
- Excel in fast moving environments, adapting quickly to evolving priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – build trust with candidates and represent Tamarind Bio’s mission with clarity and enthusiasm
- Ability to optimize processes using data
