Program Manager - HR Systems

Base Pay Range

$75.00/hr - $85.00/hr

We’re looking for a Program Manager to support a major migration of the Workday environment to AWS. This role is heavily focused on change management, testing, and communication.

• Lead the day‑to‑day coordination of a large‑scale HR systems migration, ensuring alignment across all teams.
• Partner with talent teams, finance, and other impacted groups to determine integration impacts and process changes.
• Create and execute test scripts while overseeing all user acceptance testing activities.
• Build and deliver a comprehensive communication strategy tailored to all stakeholder groups.
• Identify every impacted user persona and keep each group engaged throughout the transition.
• Bring structure where needed while staying flexible in environments that are less process‑driven.

• Proven experience driving organizational change, ideally within HR technology or HR system migrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think broadly, connect dots, identify gaps, and bring cross‑functional teams together.
• Comfort balancing structure and adaptability in fast‑moving, evolving environments.
• Solid understanding of HR systems and core HR processes.
• Hands‑on background developing use cases, writing test scripts, and managing UAT cycles.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and collaborate with stakeholders, including peer Workday customers.
• No deep technical expertise required—this role partners closely with a dedicated technical PM.

• Experience supporting Workday or AWS migration projects.
• Background in large‑scale HR or SaaS platform transitions.
